Question 2

I have pre booked my newborn now what? What if my baby comes early or late?

We ask that all clients email or call within 24-48 hours of having your baby. Most babies are booked anywhere from 8-10 or even 12 or 14 days depending on the babys weight. Letting us know when you have your baby early enough allows rooms for re scheduling and adjusting.

I missed the newborn window and my baby is now 2 months old do you take them?

We photography babies of any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn however you can still book a session. Please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake

Question 4

How long do you usually have a photographer at your wedding?

An 8-10hour package is usually enough time for an average-size wedding (about 100-150 people), and the extra 2 hours of coverage will usually allow the photographer to capture the tail end of you getting ready, some detail shots of the reception space, and the start of the dance party.

Does photographer stay for whole wedding?

typically, no. After reception formalities are over (toasts, dances, cake cutting), you don't really need your photographer to hang around for much longer unless dancing photos are super important to you (1 hour of dancing coverage can be plenty).

How do I reserve a session?

Please call our studio 631.902.4565 during normal business hours or booking online by App page BOOKING ONLINE  https://krysphotoschedul.as.me/ . You can also fill out a contact form and have us call you . For location sessions, the full price is due at time of booking as we do not take payment on location.We can change the date of the session due to weather or health .

If you choose to cancel your session completely, please let us know as soon as possible, maybe someone else would like to take your place . Thank You !!!

Social media ?

Accepted Answer

We are very active in Social Media, however; we does respect the right to privacy. Sneak peaks are available after sessions and we will always ask if you would like images posted to Social Media. If you do not want images posted publicity please mention at your session. We are very careful about our work and rarely shows nude or personal images unless it has been pre-approved by the subjects.

What do the digital packages come with?

Please refer to our pricing page where we should  the products included in the digital packages. The digital packages include the session fee and the product items listed.

Do you provide clothing for maternity?

Accepted Answer

Yes we have 7 gowns available at no cost to you. We also have clothing for girls . We do not provide clothing for men or boys.

How long does it take to receive an order?

This depends on what you are ordering. Most orders take around 2 weeks, however retouching may add time in delivery. We will let you know your estimated delivery time at time of ordering

Do you have clothing for newborns and props?

Accepted Answer

Yes we have tons! You really do not need to bring anything. You can view a video of our studio to get an idea of the many things we have.We have quite a collection of hats, wraps, diaper covers, rompers and every basket, bucket, and bed you can think of! We usually suggest toddler boys and Dads wear solid simple clothing in lighter colors to compliment our collections. For special requests, please let us know ahead of time.

How long are your sessions?

Maternity – approximately one hour or less
Newborn – approximately 2-3 hours
Family – approximately one hour
Children anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on session and age
Please know there is no real “timer” on our sessions, the above is an estimate and sessions may take less or little more time .

My baby has acne do you retouch?

For extra retouching (color Changes, head swaps, tattoo removable) extra charges may apply (80$ per pictures )

Who can I bring to a session?

This session can be all about your baby if you like or you’re also welcome to include the rest of the family.

Can I bring my dog?

You can but we can not guarantee your dog will behave, so this is at your discretion

How long does it take to see my photos?

After the session about 7-10 days you will get an online links, with all the photos, You have extra option for 21.73$ for USB Drive​ with all pictures without our logo .

How many pictures do I get?

We do not have a limit of photos everything depends on how many photos we can make, all pictures you will get online in Free Download link and You can buy USB drive for extra pay 21.73$.

Do you provide nude photography?

Yes we offer nude maternity photography and discretion is provided

Yes you can. We can only guarantee holding images for 30 days, however we store our images on backups and usually can go back quite some time on image files.

Do you do cake smashes for children?

Yes we do, you have to bring the cake and balloons and special props for special theme .

It is not but we recommend someone, You can call them and they can provide hair/makeup at our studio or your location
